Case I: On successful submission of the application an auto generated receipt with Registration Number will normally be generated. Applicants are advised to note it down and quote the Registration Number for all future communications, if any, with the Commission. In such cases, Applicants should also “save” / “print” a copy of their applications after successful submission online, for their ready reference.
Case II: There may be some cases where applicant may not pay successfully due to various reasons. In this case, the concerned applicant has to submit an application afresh, by remitting Application and / or Processing fee once again in order to submit an application and get Registration Number.
Case III: There may be some other cases where the applicants do not get Registration Number even after successful payment. They should keep the print out / copy of their bank transaction details with them.
The list (in pdf) of such applicants will be made available in Commission’s Website (http://wbssc.gov.in) after one working day (excluding Saturdays/ Sundays and State Holidays) from the day of making their successful payment / transaction. Concerned applicants should check their name in the list.

In such cases, the Commission will allocate Registration Number against their applications after closing date for submission of Online Application on 19-01-2015.
All applicants whose name will be published in pdf as stated above will get their Registration Number and View / Print their Applications from 28th January to 6th February, 2015.
In case transaction details of any applicant is not available in declared list as stated under Case III above, the concerned candidate will have to apply afresh. However, he / she may write to adm.ssc-wb@nic.in with proof of successful bank transaction for taking further necessary action, if any, by the Commission.
